As Gucci’s project manager of choice across Australia and New Zealand, we are proud of our ongoing partnership. The Brisbane Queens Plaza boutique marked the beginning of our collaboration to support Gucci’s expanding world-class luxury retail portfolio.

Having worked as an Internal Project Manager for 7 years, Melanie Edwards (REFINE Director) learned firsthand how to deliver high-end fit out projects on time and within budget. Prada has entrusted REFINE to manage their complex projects in collaboration with their in-house team.

Our team partnered with Bvlgari for their Queens Plaza, Brisbane expansion project. This phased project required careful planning to allow for ongoing trading throughout construction. REFINE rose to the challenge and delivered an exceptional retail experience for Bvlgari’s valued customers.

Valentino engaged the REFINE team to complete their Sydney International Airport boutique. Despite the complex and high-security environment, we collaborated directly with their Italy-based store planning team and nominated vendors to deliver a world-class result.

REFINE oversaw the luxurious Gem Hotel transformation in Regional NSW designed by well-known architect Paul Kelly. When the project stalled due to unexpected setbacks, REFINE stepped in to re-establish momentum. Our team successfully reoriented the project, leading the bespoke hotel and restaurant to open its doors in 2021.
