With over a decade of experience in luxury retail project management and client representation, Melanie saw an opportunity to set a new standard. REFINE does just that— bespoke project management services centred on personalisation and meticulous care.

Melanie’s strength lies in her commitment to diligently deliver exceptional client service. Known for her enthusiastic nature and belief in the power of relationships, she has driven REFINE’s success by building an extensive network of leading designers, architects, contractors and suppliers.

Kimberley Wiggs

Senior Project Manager

With extensive experience managing high-profile projects for luxury retail icons like Cartier, Bvlgari and Tiffany & Co., Kimberley brings a wealth of expertise to our team. She met Melanie as an in-house project manager at The Prada Group, laying the foundation for her high standards and considered approach.

With a shared commitment to unequalled client service, she joined REFINE in 2020 and continues to be an asset to our growing team. As a trusted client-side PM representing world-renowned luxury brands, Kimberley believes in simplicity and efficiency—two key elements that make for a seamless client experience on every project.
